I build solutions for stateful workloads in Kubernetes, focusing on making databases and storage systems easier to operate on Kubernetes than in traditional environments. In my spare time, I develop my own fork of Kubernetes and advocate for using Kubernetes as the foundation for custom APIs, rather than building yet another platform abstraction on top of it.
